Anstin founded The Adona Agency with one goal in mind: to be the kind of agent he would want for his own family. With over five years in the industry and a background built across varied sales environments, he came to understand early on that genuine relationships and honest conversations produce better outcomes than high-pressure tactics ever could.
A husband and father of twins, Anstin brings that same family-centered perspective to every client relationship. He knows what it feels like to need reliable coverage and not fully trust the person explaining it, which is why transparency is a non-negotiable at this agency.
Based in Portland and deeply committed to the Pacific Northwest community, Anstin continues to grow the agency by focusing on what matters most: showing up for clients the way they deserve.
Ruth Sazykina
Account Manager
A Portland native with over five years in insurance, Ruth brings warmth, precision, and a multilingual perspective to client service. She is fluent in both English and Russian, making her an invaluable connection point for Oregon's diverse client community.
Outside of the office, Ruth values travel, teaching, and giving back to her community. She brings those same values to her client relationships, approaching every interaction as a chance to make a real, positive difference in someone's life.
Ruth is the person you will rely on to keep things organized, make sure questions are answered, and ensure that nothing falls through the cracks.

A West Linn, Oregon native, Samantha joined The Adona Agency because she believes that good insurance coverage should give people actual peace of mind, not more paperwork to worry about. She is passionate about taking the time to truly understand what each client needs before recommending anything.
